Grant Ethridge

PARTNER
Based in Baton Rouge, Grant has a long and successful record of doing things the right way.   No drama, no fluff...just hard work and perseverance.  With more than 20 years of construction experience, he knows what it takes to get the job done.  As one of our most valued customers recently stated, "Grant is someone you can have complete confidence in."

After earning his degree in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Grant headed west to begin his career with CDI Contractors in Fort Worth, TX.  A couple of years later he joined JPI Multifamily to construct high-end apartment complexes in Austin and Denver.  In the late 90's, he returned home to work for Bing Bishop Construction where he oversaw a variety of metal building projects, schools, government and commercial office buildings, retail centers, churches, and restaurants.   In the early 2000's, Grant and a friend decided that it was time to venture out on their own.  Over the next twelve years their company, Wilmax Construction, completed over $120,000,000 of multifamily rehabs and new construction projects.

Carter Terral

PROJECT MANAGER
After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from LSU, Carter began working at Aegis Flow Technologies designing valves for highly corrosive and ultra-pure systems. At the end of 2016, he joined Pinnacle Exterior Construction as Director of Operations where he managed the daily movement of 75 employees, designed/estimated jobs and oversaw field operations to ensure a quality product was produced every time.

Carter’s ability to adapt combined with his attention to detail and understanding of construction, technology and management has made him a key member of GEC. From interfacing with customers to developing and implementing new SOP’s, Carter Terral makes it happen.

Lori McGrew

Lori graduated with distinction from the University of
Louisiana at Lafayette in 2002 with a degree in Business
Management. Her professional career began with
Plaza Development where she managed the leasing

Lori and her team successfully opened plasma centers
across the US until the company was acquired by a
